At Viilay, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at viilay.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Note: Once your item has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

🔄 Return Conditions

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

💳 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If you haven’t received your refund after this time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank – there may be a processing delay.

🔁 Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product only (e.g., size, color, defect).
  • We cover shipping for defective/incorrect items.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer pays both return and reshipping costs.
